We are so pleased that we could participate in episode seven of Paper Heart Films Sustainably Wed series.

Before we got engaged, we knew the Parkside Hotel would be the venue of choice for our future wedding because of the tranquility that's felt as soon as you step foot into the hotel, not to mention, the added bonus of the rooftop patio with almost 360 views of the city. The Parkside Hotel exceeded all expectations we had for the wedding day, which in part was due to the attentive staff who coordinate events, as well as the undeniably delicious range of food options offered by Truffles Catering (guests still talk about the late night poutine bar to this day!). While our wedding took place during a period of time when there was quite a bit of uncertainty due to Covid, Parkside staff were incredibly accommodating to help ensure the day was everything we'd hoped it to be, while also being mindful of the restrictions in place. From the venue, to the food, to the staff - we can't say enough good things about our special day at the Parkside Hotel, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable spot to tie the knot.

"We had 6 rooms (as 3 adjoining suites) for our daughter’s wedding weekend, for the bridal party and our family. The rooms were great, and the 9 total bathrooms were extremely helpful for everyone was getting ready at once. The location was perfect as well. But what was the absolute best was the customer service. The front desk staff were all extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience - everything from ensuring our rooms were close together as requested, sending up robes, printing a couple of documents and just being super friendly. The photographer even took a few wedding pictures in the beautiful atrium. The hotel stay really contributed to an amazing wedding weekend! We will definitely be back to the Parkside for our next visit to Victoria."
