PRENATAL MASSAGE
Performed either by laying the mother-to-be on her side or using a support cushion to offer the most comfort. The massage therapist uses gentle and safe techniques that are adapted to the unique needs of a pregnant body. It aims to alleviate some of the common discomforts associated with pregnancy, such as back pain, joint pain, swelling, and muscle tension.

COUPLES MASSAGE
Enjoy a side-by-side massage in our luxurious room for two, whether it is a romantic getaway, special occasion or simply, a treat for
you and a friend. Please note, both parties must receive the same massage treatment.

RMT MASSAGE
These massage treatments are performed by a Registered Massage Therapist and a receipt is provided for Medical Benefits.
The Parkside Spa does not offer direct billing to insurance, nor can we answer questions about what your specific insurance
plan covers. Insurance receipts cannot be issued for Registered Massage Therapist services paid for via gift card/gift
certificate.

Treat yourself to the most decadent facial we have to offer! Relish all the of the benefits of a 60 minute facial, with the

ARCTIC BERRY EXFOLIATING PEEL
Enhance your exfoliation with an enzymatic multi-acid peel that will revitalize and resurface your complexion. This 3-step
system will boost collagen formation, refine and smooth uneven skin, and reduce inflammation and redness. Suitable for all
skin types, this peel will restore radiance and leave your skin glowing.

ADDITIONAL EXTRACTIONS
Both our 60 and 90 minute facial include some extractions, but more time can be added to focus on improving the clarity
of your skin. Extractions are not included in our 30 minute facial but can be added if desired.

GUA SHA
Gua sha is a holistic practice that encourages relaxation, reduces stress and releases tension in the body. Gua sha is effective for all skin types and concerns, including acne-prone.
Benefits: Sculpts and contours the face, improves product absorption, relaxes muscles and releases tension, improves circulation, and reduces puffiness.
BODY TREATMENTS
BODY SCRUB
This full body scrub will exfoliate the skin, leaving it smooth, replenished and nourished. The sugar scrub is removed with
luxurious warm towels and the treatment is finished with an application of hydrating moisturizer and a scalp massage.
BACK TREATMENT
Treat the hard-to-reach areas of your back with an invigorating sugar scrub, a detoxifying herbal mud masque, and some
soothing relaxation massage. Enjoy a scalp massage and finish with a hydrating moisturizer application.
BODY WRAP
Enjoy a full body scrub including the application of a nourishing mask while cocooned in warm blankets, enjoying a relaxing
scalp & foot massage, and finishing with a hot towel removal and hydrating moisturizer. The active ingredients are rich with
antioxidants to help refine your skin's appearance.

PEDICURES
Our pedicures use SpaRitual polish which are vegan, cruelty-free & 13 Free: Formulated without Touline, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide, Xylene, MEHQ/HQ, MIT, Parabens, Animal Derived Ingredients or Gluten.
*Please note that we do not remove any shellac/gel nail polish (polish that is cured under a UV or LED light). This is due to providing our guests with a non-toxic environment, as well as not having the tools needed to remove shellac /gel polish.
ESSENTIAL PEDICURE
Foot soak, callous, nail and cuticle care; foot and leg massage finishing with a polish application. A full sized bottle of
SpaRitual Vegan nail polish is included complimentary with your pedicure treatment.

ULTIMATE PEDICURE
All the benefits of an Essential Pedicure but with a revitalizing scrub, hydrating mask, hot stone foot and leg massage, and
finishing with a polish application. A full sized bottle of SpaRitual Vegan nail polish is included complimentary with your
pedicure treatment.
RELAX YOUR SOLES
Give your feet a relaxing treat! After a purifying soak, enjoy a revitalizing scrub and hydrating mask, and relax into a hot stone
foot and leg massage. Aids with circulation for tired legs and feet. No nail care or polish application included.
