Parking is complimentary on-site at The Parkside Hotel & Spa. Please feel free to park in the short-term parking spaces and stop by our hotel front desk for parking directions. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide our spa a minimum of 24 hours notice for regular bookings and 48 hours notice for packages and group bookings (three or more guests). A missed treatment or cancellation within the 24 hours before treatment will result in full charges (and 48 hours for groups).
